Here's What We'll Do Together:
Customised Fitness: We'll create a fitness program that's all yours, with multiple online or in-person strength training sessions. We'll correct any imbalances and align your body so you move with power and grace.
Deep Core Activation: My deep core breath work will make your workouts 10x more effective, and your pelvic floor will build strength from the inside out, which is foundational for every woman, especially mothers.
Smarter Nutrition: Learn practical, sustainable principles for lifelong health. We’ll do a deep dive into nutrition essentials, covering portion control and the effective use of carbs, proteins, and fats. You'll also learn to manage sugar’s impact on your body without resorting to extreme diets.
Complete Support & Accountability: You'll have progress checks to keep you on track. I'll give you custom "homework" to fit your busy life and provide recovery recommendations so you can heal and get stronger between sessions.
Know Your Body: For in-person clients, you'll get a unique look at your progress with my InBody machine. We'll track your body fat and muscle mass, giving you the hard data to see exactly how far you've come.
